Currently renting a cute bungalow in Murray Hill. Would like to rent one of the rooms out but am willing to move if I can’t find a roommate for this place.

Pro’s of me as a roommate: I’m easy going. Not much bothers me, but I’m good at communicating if something does and open to feedback if I need to make a change.

I’m responsible and respectful. I pay bills on time and respect a roommates space and property. Will never go in your room or use your things without your permission.

I’m friendly and usually up to hang out, but can also respect boundaries if someone doesn’t want to be bothered.

I am very social but usually go out instead of having people over.

Possible cons: I’m not a neat freak. I definitely clean, I’m just not a perfectionist. I know that houses are lived in. Would probably mesh well with someone on the safe wavelength, who picks up behind them self but is not stressed if the place isn’t perfect.

I’m a night owl and I keep odd hours, but will always be considerate about noise when the other person is sleeping.

I like to play loud music while I clean but can definitely plan that around when the other person isn’t home if that bothers them.
