I really just need one room and hopefully closet for myself. I’m normally not picky but I am not interested in a smoking household (smoking meaning anything that smells…). I would also highly appreciate it if there is a way for me to have two vehicles (a personal car and a company van). I am an HVAC technician Tu-Sat, so any AC/Furnace issues I can resolve :)
