I’m a mature professional who spends most of the time working, at the gym, playing soccer, pickleball and doing outdoor activities; a well established individual with excellent credit references. I have coached youth soccer (Boys 12 - 19 years of age) for many years in the San Diego area, but now I spend most of my spare time traveling and training for long distance hiking. My job demands of me to be customer centric and focus on attention to detail. Thus, I’m very clean, organized and respectful of other people’s lifestyle, property and space, yet fun and friendly; a person who likes privacy, but interacts well with people of all ethnic and nationality backgrounds. So you know, I will be travelling out of town on some weekends, but would also love to enjoy quiet weekends in a healthy, smoke - drug - drama free environment.
