Lease is up roughly November. But my roommate has a new place already, so I can either rent a room for a few months until we find something better/ extend the lease or move out beginning of September. I work in North Santa Rosa but I don’t mind moving roughly nearby. The more space the better, AC would be a plus as well as in unit laundry but not needed. I have a pretty good router for only $60 right now, and of course split that. Don’t worry you’re not crazy I just change my hair color a lot. If it’s not dyed I’m blonde
