I’m looking for a room for rent or a roommate who is in northern San Diego. (UTC,La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley area) I have a hypoallergenic(and cute) cat. Trust me, you will like the cat. FEMALES ONLY, I’m not interested in living with any men. And please no “take the party home” type of people who allow random people into the house as I’m all about safety. I’m very easy going and I’m easy to get along with. I clean, mind my own business and I’m reliable with paying rent on time. I work full time out of the house and typically just relax when I’m home.
