Moving cross country to LA to start a new job doing renewables project finance at a downtown law firm. While I’ve lived alone for the past three years, I have loved having roommates before and can provide roomie references if you want (both male and female identifying). I cook a wide variety of cuisines and love to cook for more than just me, I love to garden, and I’m neat and responsible and respectful. I’ve never been late on rent and I keep common spaces clean. I am fully vaccinated. I love the outdoors and stay active. I am on the far E end of ENTP. I lived a good portion of my life overseas (Spain, Argentina, China) and speak Spanish and French and just enough Mandarin to get myself in trouble.

I have an unusually affectionate cat (full catdog). He’s extremely athletic, chatty, cuddly, and just generally happier in a house with more people for him to love on and play with. He will jump on your lap and demand pets, and he will follow you around meowing to greet you when you get home / wake up. He has been visibly so much happier this past year living in group situations than he was with me alone. That said, he’s terrible with other animals. He’s low allergy, low shed, front declawed (I didn’t do it), neutered, keeps himself clean and does his business in his box.

So, if you want animal cuddles without animal responsibility, we might be a good option for you. My budget is a range and I’m happy to spend less, or happy to take on a little more of the rent if I have a bigger room.
