Prior housemates’ comments: “You’re like Donna Reed with tech support skills,” “you are a home manager extraordinaire” and “you’re the perfect housemate - I hardly even know you’re here except the kitchen is clean!”

If I’m awake, I’m up to something: writing or marketing or driving or going to the gym or visiting friends or walking on the beach…. In bed most nights by 9p, up at 5-6a during the week, 6-7a weekends. Rarely invite people to where I live - but when I do, it’s a good friend for dinner or a cup of something and a chat - not fond of parties or big, loud groups.

Considerate, clean, quiet, respectful of others’ boundaries and my own. Gone at least once a month, for a few days to a couple of weeks, to house|pet sit for clients in LA, (if it’s OK with you, happy to Airbnb the room in my absence to subsidize rent.)
