Hello! My name’s Sean and I along with my friends Peter and Danny are looking for a roommate for October 1st or October 15th. We’ve been looking for a place for some time now, but unfortunately nothing has been a perfect match as of yet. We’re hoping to find a single family home with a basement to use as a professional workspace for audio and video. We’re hoping to do some music recording and video work with clients in the basement, but we want to take measures to make sure that we’re not infringing on the comfort of our roommates. We’ll mainly be focusing on vocal recording, so you won’t have to worry about hearing drum kits and loud guitar amps, and we can most definitely decide on some quiet hours if all works out. We’re extra interested in places that have basement entrances to further minimize any overlap. We’re creative guys who like to have a good time but are also mindful, respectful, clean, and accepting of others. We’re interested in living with anyone who might be similar, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, and so on - trying to create a warm and clean environment where good times will be had.
