Hi, I have been living in Los Angeles CA for 2 years but am looking to relocate to Florida. I am in my 40s but have more energy now than in my 20s.

I am very clean, organized, quiet, and live a super healthy life. I have never smoked or been addicted to anything. I am looking for a room with a private bathroom. I like peace, organization, cleanliness, privacy, communication, and kindness.
I don’t like uncleanliness, disrespect, nosiness, gossip, and rudeness. I live by “Do to others as you would have them do to you”.

Movies, art, and health are some of my passions.

I say I am looking for 3 months but that could change to stay longer/indefinitely. Depending on how we get along, and the country “situation”.
