I like to listen to music, draw/paint and write. I am a creative person and a free spirit. During the day I am likely to be at work, sometimes I work nights too. After work and the very few weekends I get off I will most likely be asleep or hanging out with someone. I am looking for a private room and private bathroom.

I am very organized and try my best to stay fit. I do not drink or smoke. I do like to play my guitar
occasionally and listen to a little music if I have someone hangout with me in my room. Other than that I’m pretty quiet. I’m sure as roommates we will get along great. I have a grey cat who is 10 months old. She is a ESA animal and is leash trained as well as trained to use the restroom in a litter box or outside on grass/dirt.

I am looking for a place as close to Universal Studios Hollywood as possible so I can be close to work. I am able to move ASAP.
