Hello! I am starting a new job in Seattle in the coming months and am looking for housing. My budget is ideally around 900 or lower.

I’m very hygienic, neat, organized and I am very good at cleaning up after myself. I’m pretty low maintenance, I don’t have many things, and don’t really need much in terms of my living space & demands. I mind my own business and keep to myself, but I also am a very empathetic and compassionate person so I feel I am a pretty accountable person when it comes to being there for other people when in need. Overall, I’m pretty flexible in terms of my living situation and will likely be out of the house a lot anyways.

I am very tenacious and hard working in my passions and I value establishing boundaries, respect, consent, and communication with the people I live with and in all relationships I have very deeply. Also, I love meeting new people and am down to make some pals!
