Helloooo! I’m looking for a room to rent, preferably with my own bathroom. It would be amazing to find a place with a yard or near a park for my pup. He’s well behaved and kenneled when I leave for work. Preferably in the South Austin area or near downtown to be close to my job. I am a nanny and don’t work 9-5, but have set shifts that vary day to day. I am recently certified as a personal trainer and will be transitioning to that by the end of the year! Month to month would be great. Prefer no contract. Want as simple as possible. Can provide proof of income and proof of paying rent on time. I like to hike, watch movies, try new restaurants, and spend time with my pup. I’m also a little introverted, so often will just do my own thing. I don’t care what gender I Iive with. I don’t smoke or drink, but don’t mind if you do :).
