Pros: *I have a decent amount of common space furniture as well as everything one might need in a kitchen. *I am constantly discovering new music and can assist in boosting your playlist game. *I am environmentally and money conscious, so I will never run up the electric or gas bill by doing a million loads of laundry on hot, or leave the lights and AC on when I’m gone all day. *I own about 700 books and have an Excel spreadsheet organizing them alphabetically by author last name, genre, review, and recommendation. Yes, it’s a little extra, but you can borrow and read absolutely any that you’d like.

Cons: *I like to stay very active with hiking, rock climbing, and competitive volleyball, and will likely ask you to join. *I make lots and lots of crafts, and I will eventually end up making you something that isn’t entirely your vibe but you’ll be too polite to turn it down. So then I might continue making said thing, and there will be a never ending cycle of politeness and niceties. *I enjoy cooking and might make you taste-test my experiments. *I have no pets. This is a con in my eyes because I love cats and dogs (and would happily live with one)!
