Hey guys! My name is Chai (like the tea) and I am looking for a room to rent or open for the option to find a roommate to start a new lease. I need to find a place by September 1st but the latest by the 12th. Prefer month to month lease or 1 year commitment. Max budget is 1200. Preferred locations - PB, MB, Mission Bay, or La Jolla.

A little about me: I am 24 and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience. I recently moved here from Denver a month ago and work in biotech research. I am a social butterfly, extroverted, and a fun individual. I am very clean and organized, and prefer to live with roommate(s) who are similar. I don’t have any pets and okay to live with only dogs. In my free time, I like to get out and play beach volleyball, hangout at the beach, or grabbing food and drinks with friends. I want to live with someone who I can become friends with, but if we have different interests or hobbies I am okay with that too.
