hii my name is nico! i work as a barista at a cafe downtown! i’m also an artist and work in various mediums.

i’m looking for a roommate to team up with for april! i cleanup after myself easily and try and accommodate whoever else is in the same space as me. am also very flexible and adaptable whenever need be. will respect your space and privacy and expect the same from others. super big on conflict resolution, boundaries and clear communication. i like my alone time, and honestly i tend to keep to myself, but i wont shy away from any friendliness shown! I’m looking to adopt a cat soon also but can be sure to keep them in my area. covid conscious practices are also super important to me and I would love to be able to feel safe at home and share in collective care/liberation practices with who I’m rooming with.
