i have lived in similar situations before. Understand the importance of each others own space. mutual respect for one another. is the key . I am best known for my ability ,to stay to myself.. Also important, the line of , communication . I like to to pay my rent on time, don’t like being late. I am very approachable in any situation.. I will treat your home with the upmost respect.. I will have no company, holidays and weekends. I will be at family or friends. As well whenever i visit , i go to there house. Who ever that might be? I leave each room , the way i found it. Clean and spic n span..Another thing , if i am stressed out. I love doing dishes, i find it , helps me unwind. At the end of the day. Another is if i rent a room from you , i will not accumulate a bunch of junk , while living in the rental unit. Because for one, i don’t own the property.. Two i can’t stand clutter.. AND three it would become an eye sore.. The reason i say that is because i have cleaned up hording property’s before.. Any how, can’t wait to see the property? My boyfriend is Rodney Jackson of Slash’s Snake Pit Band. They opened for AC/DC Selland Arena 700 M St, Fresno, CA 93721. He is back and forth from LA. Recording..and numerous other projects that he has going on at the moment. He will be with me if, bye chance we get the opportunity ,to look at your lovely place?
