Hi I’m Linda, i’m friendly but I like my privacy. Because I’m disabled I do need a first floor, all one level with no more than a couple of steps to enter the residence. I would love to find a studio, in-law suite or a room with a private bath (if it has it’s own entrance even better) if I can bring my little fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & bullet blender to my room, you won’t see me until I need to do laundry, LOL. If I watch tv it’s a movie or 2 in the evening. I love to read, so I mostly read & you’ll hardly ever hear me. I have my food & other supplies delivered. I don’t drive so no car to deal with, when I go out it’s to go to the Dr, physical therapy or to visit my husband in his nursing home where he’s under Hospice care. Rarely I may go out for the day with a friend. I’m not an energy hog I use eco friendly bulbs, turn off stuff as I leave the room, except for an air purifier fan that I run 24/7 I have allergies , but not allergic to animals & love animals If you have them. I currently have no pets. Just looking for a safe space that feels like home. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink & the only drugs I take are what my doctor prescribes. Since I’m on heart meds the only painkiller I’m allowed to take is Tylenol, so no worries there, LOL
