Looking for BIPOC-roommate(s) to take out and share an apartment lease in the Baltimore area OR looking to rent a room w/legal contract.

I do not welcome any level of racism or discrimination of any kind. Just looking for someone that is respectful, clean and pet friendly. I’m okay with people who smoke as long as they do it outside the apartment. Be aware, mindful and respectful of each others’ boundaries, space and privacy. Sometimes I like to go experiment in the kitchen & willing to share groceries expenses. I am mostly at work, so I cherish my rest time at home. Down to hang out or do activities together from time to time. Don’t mind 2-3 visitors as long as you let me know with 72hrs in advance and that they follow ground rules we established. Keep a clean, organise and calm space is the goal! - Internet, TV or cable are non-essential for me.
