Looking for a Professional person or couple. No Pets, Kids, and as clean as can be to sublease my apartment from Nov. 1st - Feb. 10th. Apartment is a large top floor 2 bed / 2 bath 1100 sq/ft. Brand New appliances, Clean inside and out. Located at the Enclave Falcon Point Pflugerville right off the 130 toll. Great location, and many things to do. About 20 mins from downtown Austin and 10 mins to Round Rock. 4 months is a fantastic term for a lease, and place is very nice. Let me know, I am moving out of state. but will fly back when lease is up to close account thanks.
