It’s either a big master bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) with 2 closets, attached bathroom with bathtub or a good size bedroom with single closet, shared bathroom, in unit washer & dryer, central air conditioning/heating, access to the living space and kitchen, gas burner, dishwasher, microwave oven, lots of natural light, second floor, brand new construction, designated free parking space, utilities (electric/heat/water/garbage) and wifi included at Dorchester, MA 02124. No pets, no couple, no smoking inside the house, minimal overnight guests.
I am professionally a scientist in Boston area. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. I live alone and looking for a roomie who is clean, keep the room and common space tidy, pay rent on time and use utilities responsibly. No brokers.
