I have reliable income and transportation. Rent is paid 3 days before the 1st of each month. I’m a team player with the understanding of cleanliness and other responsibilities in and around the household including safety and security.. I’m a firm believer in following all the stipulations established within the household. I treat my roommates as I would with family. I have 3 adult children who are independent and successful. I visit them often vs them visiting me. I believe in a comfortable and non confrontational environment.
