I am a 33 year, old soul, single mother of 3 little children looking for a place of my own, or a female roommate who preferably is relatable. NO drama, NO drugs, NO partying. I own one female cat who is 11 yrs old, calm, fixed, and vaccinated. She is my companion and comfort during this transitional period of my life but it is not required that she live with me in my new place. The most ideal living arrangement for me right now is a quiet, safe place for me to rent that my children can come be with me as often and as long as necessary. I would need enough space for my two boys and my daughter to sleep with me in my room/rental space. Covid and cancer turned my life upside down. I am healed and succeeding in my work and goals. Profession wise, I am a very busy business owner within the medical field. I do not smoke, drink, party, or do drugs. I am a christian by faith and perform self care varied in holistic principles. I am a clean, tidy person that is success-oriented, responsible, athletic, tenacious, industrious, intelligent, down to earth, sophisticated in conduct and classy. I travel often plus have weekly commutes. Finding a mature professional room mate who can relate would be ideal if I do not rent a place exclusively for myself. I am looking for someone willing to negotiate with me a living arrangement contract that is amendable, so that as I progress, we can adjust the rent and terms accordingly. I am looking to move May 1st at the soonest but need to be moved in no later than May 30. I plan to finish medical school to be a Naturopathic Physician, rent a tiny place in CT, and have a vacation place in my home state of NC.
