Childfree, neurodivergent couple & their cat seek roommate(s)!

Alyssa is a 32 year old registrar at an area hospital. She works Monday-Friday from 7:15am-3:45pm. Her hobbies include reading, antiquing/thrift shopping, traveling, ballroom dancing, journaling, and writing.

Nate is a 39 year old audiologist and works a private practice. He works Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm but has an almost 70 mile commute, so he leaves by 7am and is home after 6pm. His hobbies include watching movies, reading, traveling, building his vinyl collection/set up, and grilling.

Jules is a 3 year old orange tabby cat. He is an indoor kitty. He is cautious of new people at first, but will warm up to you with patience. He loves laying in the sun, looking out the window, and playing with strings.

We are seeking someone who has reliable source of income/timely on rent, keeps common areas clean, OK with our cat Jules and OK a vinyl setup/us playing records (we usually do so after work and/or on weekends, usually 1-2x a week or every other week)

420 is OK as well as long as you smoke outside (Alyssa has asthma).
