My name is Chris. I’m a 43 yr old professional. I work from home usually 3 days per week. I am looking for a roommate that would be interested in going in on 2 bedroom apartment with me. I have my daughter 3 nights per week so I need someone I can trust around her and who’s ok with having a 3 year old in the house.

I am very clean and don’t like clutter in common areas. I have home furniture from my divorce that I will be brining with me. I am not looking for a roommate with pets bc it’s harder to find a place and all the other fun stuff that comes with pet ownership. Sorry :(

Ideal roommate would be female but open to either. Not looking for smokers of any kind. I’m outdoorsy(surf, hike) and like to cook and grill. I enjoy hanging out and hope that we can be friends as well as roommates.

If this list doesn’t sound too rigid then lets meet up for a coffee and discuss. If its a good fit then lets go find a place in Chula Vista or IB (open to Bonita or along the 125 as well)
