I am interested in the room or studio for rent.I am a CAL state San Marcos student graduating this month(May).I’m a 46 years old female. I am looking for a long-term. I work at Eating disorder treatment center, and a children’s book author. I am a bit of an introvert, stick to myself, and take school very serious. With that being said I’m always studying if I’m not at work or at the beach. I have four adult children that live on their own. They will visit once in a while.
