Hello The house I currently rent a room out of is in works of being sold, so I do need to be out by May. I work full time so I’m not home a lot. When I am, I’m pretty laid back & don’t do much. I am very huge on cleanliness and communication so we’re clear on boundaries. I don’t mind socializing or having guests around as long as there’s a heads up.
