Rent range $600-$700/month PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN ITS ENTIRETY…Thank you! I currently live in San Dimas with my relatives who are selling their house to move into a independent senior living complex in Arizona so that they can be better accommodated. I have been living with them for the past 2 and 1/2 years and have been assisting them. Since they have decided to make this move out of state, I don’t want to leave my day job therefore I am looking for a room to rent, preferably with a private bathroom. I am in a mature relationship, so whomever I’m renting from has to be okay with my partner visiting me on the weekends and we also travel a lot. There’s a balance. We are quiet and in our 50’s. I am a dependable and reliable hardworking person that pays pays rent on time. I work full time Monday through Friday. My work hours are 6:30am-4:15 pm. No drugs, drink occaisionally. Clean, tidy and organized. What you do in your home is your business, although I like to keep to myself, I feel communication is important when it comes to living under the same roof. I thrive well in a clean, peaceful and covid concious environment. I respect your home as if it were my own. I do prefer an unfurnished room with available parking. I have my own bed and TV, mini refrigerator, and reclining loveseat. Also A/C and heat are important, as I like to be comfortable during the seasons. If this sounds like a good match, please respond.
