Hi, I’m quiet and very easy to live with. I am clean, take care of my space, and mostly keep to myself. I am comfortably retired, so income is not an issue. I have an exceptional credit score ~800 and I’m fully vaccinated. I’m looking for any term up to a year. I prefer a private bathroom and a clean environment (no bugs!), along with access to a shared kitchen.
