We are wondering if this property is still available? Allen and I left Wisconsin when our year lease ended on March 28 with $3k to find a home to rent in California. Driving through Texas we lost our alternator and that cost us a tow, an alternator, cost to replace and 2 nights at a motel. We finally make it to California only to have our transmission go out in Barstow which totals the car out. We spend a couple motel nights in Barstow and book a greyhound to San Clemente. This is depleting our cash supply so we make a quick run to Wal-Mart to purchase a tent and camping supplies and we have been camping in the state parks and alternating with motels on weekends or weeks if possible.

We are trying to get out of this whirlwind and get established in a home. Allen wants to look for a job. Currently we are residing at the Valencia Inn on W. Lincoln, Anaheim, CA. We receive our SSI direct deposited, no children, no pets, no drugs or alcohol, no car, 420 friendly, clean and responsible. We would need you to work with us on the deposit so we can get it paid. We would like to move out asap.
