I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with in Randolph Towers in Ballston with someone in their early to mid 20s! My budget is $1700 or less including parking and utilities. I’m looking to move around August/September, but move in date is flexible! For work, I will be working hybrid, some days in the office and at home. I’ll most likely be commuting to work via car, but still wanted to be super close to the metro for easy access.

As a roommate, I’m a very clean and organized person. I’m pretty chill during the week and like doing pilates, going on walks, watching reality tv, and I’m in a book club. I’d love to be friends with my roomie, do fun things here and there like have a wine night, but also will respect your space and privacy! In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, exploring new places, and freelancing. Before covid, I loved traveling to new places! Please message me if you are interested!
