I’m a 45 year old manufacturing worker. I’m respectful of others, I’m not messy, I don’t party, I’m not loud, and I keep to myself. I’m looking to live with like-minded individuals. I don’t like moving so I’m looking for a place I can live at for a good while, as long as everything is working out. I don’t need an en suite bathroom, although that would be great, but I do want a bathroom that won’t be shared. I don’t need a furnished room, I have my own furnishings. I like animals but I don’t have any of my own. I would prefer to live in a home without them, but it’s not necessarily a deal breaker. I’m more of a cat person because dogs bark loudly and can be disturbing, but if the dog is well-mannered / controlled I wouldn’t mind living with them.
