Hello, I am looking for a furnished place (at least a bed and a desk) in a room with private bath / shared bathroom. I prefer a short term term with the flexibility to go for month to month extension. I have the intention to get a car so I would prefer to have a parking spot.

I am a international student from Singapore, here in San Francisco to do my masters. I worked in the finance industry for 7 years, and specialising in infrastructure risk and investments. I am quiet at most time and very respectful to your personal space, I hope to get similar treatment as well. I cook quite often and I can make asian and western cuisines pretty well. I am also a coffee snob, I used to make espressos and latte art at home! Aside from that, I am quite active in sports. I love cycling, swimming and combat sports. In terms of living environment, I really like housemates who are like family rather than going into the rooms and don’t mingle. Afterall I came all the way to America to make some friends! 😊
