Hello there, Looking for space by June 30th…

My name is Karina. I was raised in BK. I’ve lived with roommates for over 5 years now, living with as little as 1 roommate, up to 4. I’d rather share a space with one roomie or a couple. I find that to be easier.

I am looking for a space that won’t keep me confined to my room. It’s important for me to share the living room equally, and feel safe. I am fairly open minded and courteous. I always communicate on whether music is too loud, but it is important I feel comfortable playing music. I would just ask to help me figure out what volumes are reasonable in the evening and/or morning. Its also important for me to practice my vocal therapy exercises every other day and sing comfortably. If I end up sharing a wall with you, then that probably wouldn’t work, depending on your work schedule.

I have 2 air filters which I’ve accumulated from living in a larger space with 1 roomie so I would love to make room for one of them in the living rm if thats cool.

The only other things I own from a shared space with 1 roomie is a nice west elm bookshelf, a 3 person suede teal couch, and pantry shelf that could be used for anything really.

I have a boyfriend, who wouldn’t live with me, and will visit a few times a week. We would agree to live together if the space was big enough for that and we all agreed on a fair split.

I am looking to either sublet temporarily, or sign a lease.

Just making sure I find shelter by June 30th, when my lease ends.
