I am a 19 yr old student and part time worker who is looking for a room to share with my boyfriend (20) who also works. I will be attending school at Sacramento City College and will be getting money sent to me monthly from my College savings fund in order to pay for my rent, and we will both be working as well. We both are responsible and prefer to keep to ourselves rather than party, but are friendly and like to hangout with friends every once in a while.
