I am a single female. I have a part time job that I’m trying to make full time. (Working 35-40+ hrs.) I have a car and a valid drivers license. I do not smoke, drink or use drugs, I am gone 6am-8pm most of the time at work or at other apt. I am looking for a clean, safe, furnished room to rent or an apartment for the next year or so, it would give me an opportunity to make new friends, learn the area a bit more and to have some stability in where I live in a place I love.
