Hello!

I’m moving from the Bay Area to attend graduate school at Loma Linda University. I have lived with roommates and on my own for over 10 years. You won’t have any problems with me paying the rent on time or contributing with the chores around the house. A clean home is essential to me.

With past roommates, although we get along, we have our separate lives. I do my thing and they do theirs. As long as there’s a good communication and both of us are for the most part clean (at least in the common areas), I don’t see us having any issues.

My hope is that I can meet someone in a similar situation (male/female), around my age willing to team up and start a lease together. We can look for a 2bed/2bath apartment and meet beforehand a few times so there’s no awkwardness once we’re roommates. I already have furniture since I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Also, I don’t mind if you happen to have a small pet (especially if its a cat since I love cats).
