Hi I just went through a breakup so I’m just looking for something simple and quiet while I spend the year focused on my career. I’m 34 clean cut I have a new car No criminal history no partying, but I’m live and let live for others No smoking weed or cigarettes. I have absolutely zero drama. And I’m single and 100% not dating or anything like that just as a personal year of freedom and reflection and most important reloading my savings after the magic year of 2020. I work mostly evening and nights but I’m very quiet if I come in after normal hours. I was a chef in multiple restaurants so I can cook but prefer to eat take out 14/15 meals just because it makes sense for just one person. I like to keep a mini fridge just for waters in my room and I am big time respectful of people’s shared kitchen items/food shortage. We’ve all had that roomate that will eat your favorite left over and drink your last beer. That’s not me lol
