I currently own a beautiful home up north but getting very tired if shoveling snow. Always wanted to move to Florida. I travel at least 90% of the time for work so i will not be home most of the time (approximately 8 days/month) But when i am home, i like to feel safe, relaxed and have my privacy. I prefer a place with a pool and/nature. Prefer to have own bathroom. Place preferably will be relatively close to the city and no more than 45 min to an international airport.
