Ben

My name is Ben, and I’m a 21 y/o from Southern California. I attended the University of Oregon for two years. Covid upended my plans at UO, so I took a much-needed gap year to reevaluate. I decided to transfer to UCSC and am elated to start this fall!

A bit about myself: I like to keep my living space tidy; I’m pretty quiet, even when I have people over; and I’m very academically driven, so I’m interested in roommates who share that focus and can respect the grind. I value trust, privacy and respect. Those should matter to you too if we’re going to be living together. I’m into music, film, photography, art and design, beer, and I’m an avid writer. I play the drums, but don’t worry, I won’t set up my kit in the house. I also love the outdoors and exploring the coast. I’m always down for day trips, hikes, live shows, etc. If you’re into that sort of stuff, we’ll get along. I’m just looking for some friendly, down-to-earth people to shack up with.
