To my future landlord, I have never been evicted. I have had the same roommate for the past 6 years. The owners sold the duplex, so we had to move. I have been staying with my roommate in her one-bedroom apartment for the past couple of months to save up money for the deposits.

A little bit about myself. I am a food server and right now I am training to be a supervisor. I have been employed for over two years at the same company. When Covit- 19 hit us my job shut down so I took a temp job to pay my bills. I am respectful, quiet, and responsible, and I keep to myself. I have two daughters and two grandchildren, I spend time with them. My youngest daughter is 15 and she lives with her dad. I see her when she wants to visit me, which is not very often. My two grandchildren are 10 and 7 years old. They see me here and there never for very long. I work a lot of hours, when I’m not working I am usually reading, on my computer or watching a movie. I have good hygiene and pick up after myself.
