Looking to join with 2-3 other people to rent a house together. Ideally would like a yard and some space to work on furniture-flipping projects (ie. a garage, or a yard and storage space to put the pieces when not working on them). I work in Renton, and would prefer to keep my commute under 30 minutes, but flexible. My current lease is up at the end of November, but willing to consider moving earlier for the right place/people.

My hobbies include furniture flipping, board game/movie nights, exploring Seattle, and down for the occassional hike. As a roommate, I am quiet, friendly, and pretty clean, and I come with a friendly medium/large dog (55ish) and some plants! My pup is 4 years old, fairly quiet and cuddly (though she does get excited for playtime or if someone is at the door). She has lived with another dog before, but I’m not really comfortable testing her boundries with a cat.
