I am a senior. I own my own business and work from home as an English tutor 6 days a week (late afternoons and early evenings) I have been at my current address for 12 years and I’m looking to down size to a smaller budget. I am quiet, no drinking, smoking and at this time no pets. I am allergic to cats however. I am neat and don’t like a lot of clutter around me. I do not need a furnished place and would prefer to bring my own furniture to fit my needs. I am in excellent health. I have lived in a share situation before and know how to share a home. I am not a messy kitchen person. I am looking for a long term situation with a friendly amiable female in a shared house. I would prefer a master suite so the room will be big enough for me to have a desk big enough to do my work. (I have workbooks that I need to spread out while I am working. My work is online tutoring and I am constantly talking - I don’t want to disturbe my roommates. I would also perfer a private bath to a shared bath. I am a reasonable, sensible adult and prefer a setting that is calm - I do not bring drama with me. If there is a yard I might like to get a non-allergic dog. I have always had a dog and because I have been living in an apt. I haven’t had one in a long time. Having a pet is, of course, just a little dream I will throw out there. Looking forward to finding some options. Thank you
