Zach

I’m Zach, 32 years old and looking for a new living situation! I’m currently living in the Vista Terrace Apts in Walnut Creek. I have an on-going medical condition and my care providers are here in Walnut Creek but I’m open to looking in Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Concord, Pleasant Hill or Lafayette.

A bit about me:

• I’m recently engaged and try to spend as much time with my fiancée as possible.

• I walk, use public transit and Lyft/ Uber to go anywhere and everywhere since I currently don’t have a car.

• My price range is $1200 max, (this is what I can comfortably afford at the moment given my income, split between two or three roommates this should suffice).

• I’m from the Bay Area, born and raised, grew up mostly in Oakland, then in Lafayette, and now Walnut Creek.

• I’ve lived with roommates and on my own since I was 18, in various capacities in Oregon when I was going to college (Pacific University), on an off-grid homestead in the mountains of GA and when I spent some time living in Wisconsin.

• I’m not a big partier and consider myself an ambivert and a bit of a homebody (i.e. I need/ enjoy time alone or with one or two good friends). That being said I do enjoy the occasional social get-together.

• Hobbies include: wet shaving, collecting and listening to records, photography, hiking/ being outdoors in general, watches, and hard cider.
