Budget, $800-1200, looking to SUBLET until October for now. I am fully vaxxed, finishing my MA in Comparative Literature at NYU and working in radio where I host my own 80s Italian disco show. I prefer Manhattan but also like young busy parts of Brooklyn, as I’m rebuilding my friend group after many left due to the pandemic. I am a cyclist, speak English, Spanish, and a fair amount of Italian and German, and am a very creative person. Also I know all about coffee and will make you a nice cup with good beans every once in a while (used to be a barista pre-pandemic). I love to dance in the studio, the kitchen, and at the bar. Other things I like to do include occasional workout and yoga classes, go out for dinner/drinks, heading to the beach or a park, seeing museums, movies, or live music, making art, thrifting, or just staying home eating popcorn and watching Netflix. I spent the last 7 months in Miami with my parents, learning to make cake from scratch and am always willing to share a homemade slice! I am very clean in common areas (love to sweep, vacuum, scrub, light a candle) and very responsible about payments. Most of my roommates have ended up being my very good friends and I even lived with one for 4 years up until to the pandemic. Would love to live with someone/people I could be friendly with, that were responsible and clean and respected boundaries for private time but also were down to socialize. 420 friendly with 1-2 caveats and 100% LGBTQ+ friendly. Open to people of all ages, though strongly prefer out of undergrad. Ideally you are vaccinated too.
