Hello there! I’m moving from WA State to Folsom, Cali and currently trying to find a place to live as soon as I can. I have been to Cali twice in my life but haven’t been since I was 10, I am 19 now and honestly quite anxious. I have no family in Cali so finding someone who could show me around and help me out would be wonderful. I’m clean and respectful of others spaces and their privacy. I really don’t have that much stuff and I am hard working so rent will be on time every month. After a few months and getting settled I would like to bring my two year old black lab out, she’s a complete love bug and small for a lab, right around 60 lbs. I got a job offer that’s only part time to start with so I would be working two jobs and I also have income from social media through TikTok and live-streaming so I can support myself fairly well.
