I am a quiet, chill roommate just looking for a cost-efficient place to rent. I am in the process of an amicable divorce, and my co-parent and I each need someplace to stay on our off days when we aren’t with the kids. (We have another apartment where the children live full time, and we will switch back and forth.) So just to clarify: in the room we’re seeking to rent, there will never be children, and will only be one of us adults on any given day.
