Hi, I’m 55 and retired. Non-smoking house is all I’ll consider. Im not a big party person although I have no problem if you are. My pension is sound so I’ll never be a burden financially. My background is clean and I’m very easy going. I’m a part time performer/musician, I’m not loud and it’s very mellow music so I’d like a place where I can practice. Average 2 hours per week, it’s not a must have so I’ll do without if I find a place that’s a good fit.
