Hello,

I am Kat (She/Hers)! I am in my late 20’s and I work full-time as a Community Engagement Coordinator for a non-profit. I am hoping to find 1 FEMALE roommate to move into an apartment complex by March 1st.

My max budget is $1600 (utilities included). Ideally we would work together to find a 2 bed/2 bath apartment and sign a 1-year lease. It would be fantastic if this person was interested in staying in the apartment for more than 1 year. However, just 1 year is okay too.

You will find that I am easy going, clean, considerate, and responsible. In college I was a Resident Advisor and I have many years of experience living with roommates after college as well. So far I have been super lucky and all my experiences have been great! I appreciate open communication and I am willing to work together to make a home feel like a comfortable, safe, and respectful place. I believe home is a sanctuary and would like to find an apartment with someone who shares the same progressive values.

In my spare time I am usually listening to a podcast, watching Netflix, painting, hiking, bike riding, or spending time with family. It would be great to have a roommate who enjoys the occasional movie nights and who would be opened to fun roommate outings.

I would prefer to room with someone who does not smoke/vape. Occasional guests are fine, however, that is something we can talk about in detail later. Small pets are okay as long as you are willing to register your pet with the apartment complex and pay the allocated monthly fee and pet deposit that is required by most apartment buildings.
