Older professional. Just accepted a new job at Mental Health Resources (Start June 14th). Excellent credit, have home to sell in WI before we can purchase a home in KS. Wife staying up north until home sells. Unable to give a firm time on lease term but would expect a minimum of 3 mos. Nonsmoker, very neat and organized, friendly, FHSU Psychology grad, have had moderna vaccines for covid, respect privacy and property of others. a little older but speak fluent Gen Z and Millenial :)
