Hi there! I’ll be doing americorps from August ‘21 to August ‘22 and looking for a place with a private bath up to $1200 in the downtown/Midtown area. Looking to move between now and September. Open to a 12+ month lease. I’ll be working full time m-f and like to be out and about on the weekends, and would be down to explore Sacramento night life with the roomies as well. I have family nearby so I may be there some weekends too. I would love to live with roommates who also like to explore! I like to keep my space fairly clean but tend to do most cleaning on the weekends. I don’t have pets, I don’t smoke but am 420 friendly, lgbtq friendly, and have one SUV so some parking is a necessity. I’m definitely open to grouping up with 1 to 2 others to get an apartment if it’s the right fit! Would also be interested in a studio or 1 bed.
